Crank and Dasher is a local ice cream shop located in the Fitger's Complex in Duluth and we are now open at our brand new location in Lakeside.

We are looking for another member of our management team who is a dynamic business-minded person with a passion for growth and innovation. We want someone who is interested in our small business that is on the rise. We want YOU to join our team as our Associate Manager!

We are a close-knit team and with this position, we are looking for someone to act as a personal assistant at times. This position includes cleaning, organizing, and running errands. This is a super hands-on position with flexibility, excitement, and constant learning.

Responsibilities:

Train, supervise, and assist scoopers in the shop

Run errands/deliver product to the shop--driver's license and transportation required

Supervise and delegate daily and weekly cleaning procedures

Maintain a cheerful and cooperative relationship with employees and customers

Communicate and provide updates with owner, fellow managers, and employees

Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues as they come about

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Stay organized and multi-task in an efficient manner

Follow and give instructions, paying attention to detail

Create and implement plans of action for the shop

Previous leadership experience preferred

Must be 18 years of age or older

20-40 hours per week, some weekends needed.
