Job Overview:

You will oversee administrative tasks, including handling confidential paperwork and addressing team and guest issues. Your role involves facilitating communication between leadership and staff, managing recruitment, training, and terminations, and upholding the Chick-fil-A culture. You will spend approximately 75% of your time in restaurant operations, including cashier duties and order management, and 25% in administrative functions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Mandatory participation in key restaurant functions.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and interviewing.
  • Correct time clock entries.
  • Collaborate with payroll partners to ensure smooth processing and resolution of payroll-related issues.
  • Manage catering orders.
  • Manage and respond to emails.
  • Process and compile confidential documentation.
  • Manage scheduling software.
  • Process meal tickets.
  • Maintain digital and paper files.
  • Serve as a liaison for team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
  • Assist team members with HR-related issues.
  • Work with store directors and other team members.
  • Support team member training.
  • Enforce Chick-fil-A culture daily.
  • Handle multiple tasks and provide support.
  • Excel in a fast-paced setting.
  • Read and respond to others effectively.
  • Take direction well from other leaders.

Position Qualifications:

  • 1 year Human Resources experience (preferred)
  • Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business Management or other related field (preferred)
  • Great communication
  • Creative and Innovative
  • Knowledge of HR payroll systems
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools
  • Customer service experience (required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
