Darrow School is growing, and we seek a dynamic, experienced Assistant or Associate Director of Admissions to join our three-person team.

This person must have the following skills or abilities.

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in independent boarding and/or day schools. Experience in New England or New York schools is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a malleable, high-paced, forward-facing office with domestic and international families of diverse backgrounds.
• Willing to promote Darrow School to feeder schools and school fairs.
• Strong written and oral communicator.
• Self-starter
• Knows Microsoft Suite and Google platforms
• Adaptable, contributor, with a healthy sense of humor.

These skills are preferred:

• Knowledge of domestic and international soccer recruitment
• Social media marketing and content creation
• Experience with Canva and Adobe.
