We are currently recruiting for a Banking and Finance Associate to join our growing team. 

Candidates must have 3 – 5 years’ experience representing lenders in drafting commercial loan documents (including loan agreements and security documents) and closing commercial loans that are secured principally by personal property. Successful candidates must have a strong business and entrepreneurial sense, be proactive, with strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills, along with a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships and multiple files and competing deadlines.
