YOUR SCHEDULE AS AN AT-HOME PHYSICAL THERAPY SPECIALIST

We are offering a full-time opportunity with a flexible schedule. Whether you are seeking full-time or part-time work, we can accommodate your needs.

YOUR DAY

As a full or part-time At-Home Physical Therapy Specialist, you will conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine their physical condition and needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide skilled physical therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes. Education and patient advocacy will also be essential components of your role as you work towards helping patients achieve their health and mobility goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation of a physical therapy school approved by The American Physical Therapy Association, the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, or the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association
• Registration in Connecticut

Home health experience and experience with OASIS are helpful.
