Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to provide product information and conduct product demonstrations
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Utilize bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, to assist a diverse customer base
- Meet and exceed retail sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Handle cash register operations and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products

Experience:

- Proven experience in retail sales or wireless sales is advantageous
- Proficiency in basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
- Ability to effectively communicate and sell products to customers
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building customer relationships
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operation
