We are seeking an Automotive BDC Director to be responsible for overseeing our fast-paced Business Development Center in making sales and service appointments for customers, training and coaching a high-performance team, and much more. Applicants are required to at least 5 years of automotive Sales/Service plus ELEAND CRM experience, and the ability to train and coach a high-performance team.

Responsibilities - Automotive BDC Director:

  • Oversee our fast-paced Business Development Center that makes sales and service appointments for customers, train and coach a high-performance team, and much more.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and emails to schedule sales and service appointments
  • Make outbound calls, generate appointments and log all customer comments
  • Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made
  • Reschedule no-show customer appointments
  • Schedule future contact as needed
  • Generate emails according to a pre-determined timeline to automatically schedule follow-up reminders for next contact
  • Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives
  • Respond to customer website requests

 


Qualifications - Automotive BDC Director:

 

  • Required: 5 Years of Automotive Sales/Service + ELEAD CRM Experience
  • Able to train and coach a high-performance team
  • Energetic, goal oriented, and self-motivated to succeed!
  • Microsoft Word and Excel, computer proficient
  • Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude at the first point of contact with any potential customer.
  • First-class verbal, written and communication skills
