  • Schedule: Full Time, business hours 7:30am-6:00pm, closed on Sundays.
  • Pay Range: $48,000 - $96,000 per year and above (based on job performance).

  • Greet customers and establish a rapport to understand their vehicle problems or service needs.
  • Listen to client concerns regarding their vehicles and provide appropriate recommendations for service or repair.
  • Schedule service appointments while coordinating with the service department to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with technicians and mechanics to ensure understanding of vehicle problems.
  • Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts to customers and obtain their approval before any work is performed.
  • Explain services, repairs, and maintenance to customers in terms they can understand.
  • Monitor service progress and keep customers informed of status, delays, or any additional repairs needed.
  • Process work orders, invoices, and payment transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Advise customers on warranty protections and potential cost savings.
  • Manage customer service complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain CSI at or above company and manufacturer standards.
  • Follow Safeguards rules and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring the service area is presentable for customers.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • College Degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive or similar maintenance/repair industry).
  • Knowledge of dealership software programs for scheduling and billing.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts and Saturdays as needed.

  • Ability to upsell services and products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use a computer and other office equipment.
  • Ability to work in a safe and professional manner.
