Piazza Nissan of Ardmore is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team of professionals for our Service Department. The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level, a positive attitude, strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE ADVISOR:

• Greeting and assisting customers with service write up
• Handling incoming and outgoing appointment setting and service calls
• Assisting Service team with day to day operations of the department
• Reviewing repairs and invoices with customer and collecting payment as needed
• Complete follow up as directed with guests for Customer Surveys
• Ensure proper documentation is completed to comply with regulations and standards
• Generate service repair orders
• Motivate Service Technicians
• Friendly and knowledgeable customer service skills
• Make recommendations based on time and mileage
• Generate estimates for repairs and maintenance
• Keep customers informed of their vehicle status
