Duties
- Interact with customers to determine their automotive service needs
- Provide accurate service estimates and timelines
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Utilize knowledge of automotive services to recommend appropriate solutions. - Maintain strong positive customer feedback and reviews.

Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
- Knowledge of diesel engine repair, automotive sales, and service writing is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain financial records
- Familiarity with factory service procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,965.00 - $85,000.00 per year

License/Certification:
