Position Summary: As an Early Morning Baker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the fresh, high-quality baked goods that our customers love. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other treats according to our strict standards, ensuring consistency and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dough Preparation: Mix, knead, and shape dough according to established recipes and techniques.
• Baking: Bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other prodcuts to perfection, ensuring even cooking.
• Quality Control: Inspect baked goods for quality, appearance, and consistency.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a commercial bakery or kitchen is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and endurance to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts.
