Storyville is hiring a Full-time Baker Support. The ideal candidate is someone who is inspired to serve others with care and passion, and has a love of all things butter, sugar and flour.

This full time position receives:

• An hourly rate of $20-$21
• 40 hours a week of consistent work. Includes a weekend work day and early morning or evening hours.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Preferred 1-year kitchen or food handling experience (not required)
• Excellent time management skills
• Loves work on the mixer, sheeter, and oven
• Loves working in and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
• Conducts oneself professionally and with self-respect
• Be available for a 9 - 10 hour shift
• Be available for a 6 am start at our Bainbridge Island location
• Must work well on a team
• Communicates positively
• Passionate about being early and ready for work
• Eager to learn
• Eager to teach
• Wants to be challenged

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to bend, walk up stairs and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 45 pounds.
• Ability to visually inspect, taste and smell product to ensure quality
• Operate and use all equipment necessary.
• Process information through Computer/POS/inventory system.
• Handle food and hot beverages or fluids.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the facility.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
