Brownies and Bites is a dessert bakery and coffee shop located in Fremont specializing in decadent and fun brownies and cookies. We are looking for enthusiastic, positive, and fun-loving people to join our growing team. The Baker role is a part-time or full-time role requiring the ability to work in, and mange a kitchen independently without supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Production baking brownies, blondies, and other desserts in accordance with established recipes
• Piping/frosting and topping brownies and blondies
• Taking inventory using par sheets
• Cutting and assembling brownies
• Keeping a clean and tidy kitchen, washing dishes
• Helping customers

Requirements:

• Prior production baking experience either at another bakery or through pastry school training (extra plus if the experience involved brownies and cookies)
• A great attitude!
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people
• Food handler's permit
• 18+ years old
• Evening and weekend availability
