**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about baking and have experience in various baking techniques. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts - Follow recipes to produce consistent results - Decorate cakes and pastries according to specific designs or customer requests - Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed for different recipes - Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations - Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies - Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes or menu items **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in the food industry - Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods - Familiarity with cake decorating and pastry design - Understanding of food safety practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members **Nice-to-Have Skills:** - Experience in catering or restaurant baking - Proficiency in pastry making - Ability to cook and package baked goods efficiently
