Baker – part-time, approximately 30 hours per week, $18-24 per hour
The Dundee Bistro, an iconic Oregon wine country restaurant celebrating 25 years, is seeking an experienced baker to join our kitchen at our busy fine dining restaurant. Candidate must be familiar with large quantity dough preparation for pizza, bread, and focaccia as well as cakes and cookies. Must have the ability to work independently, follow direction and have high standards for baked goods. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable who wants to work with a dynamic and professional kitchen team. Opportunity for growth and advancement in this department. This is a physically active that position requires ability to stand for long duration, lift to 50 pounds and handle gluten, dairy and nut ingredients. Wage range includes tips.
