Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bankruptcy Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all stages of bankruptcy cases from initial filings to discharge.

Responsibilities: administrative case management and support.

• Drafting of form-based documents
• E-filing pleadings
• Corresponding with clients
• Aid attorneys with case management

Qualifications: Necessary Skills and Abilities

• Organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Proficiency with Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite applications (including Word, Excel, and Outlook),

Educational and Experience Requirements

• Minimum College Degree or at least 2 years office experience
• Preferred Candidates are those with a Paralegal Associates degree (or other relevant certification) or prior experience. Experience in Bankrupcy is helpful, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
