Job Title: Banquet Captain

Hourly Rate: $22.00/hr

Shift Times: Shift times will vary depending on client needs

Location: Austin, TX

Indeed Flex is hiring Banquet Captains for their hospitality and dining service client in Austin, TX.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in banquet or event management is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English to interact with customers and staff
• Must bring proof of food handlers certification/TABC to your interview
• Must arrive dressed in black pants and white button-down shirt, well groomed, wearing black closed-toe shoes

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff, operations, and guests during banquet experiences
• Must bring proof of food handlers certification/TABC to your interview
• Plan dining events and coordinate food and beverage service
• Address guests' requests and complaints promptly and professionally maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Ensure smooth and efficient execution of banquet services
