This is a position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Roller Coaster Coffee Barista, you’ll recreate the Starbucks Experience, brewing and delivering delicious “We Proudly Serve Starbucks” coffee! Working in a fast paced and energetic environment, you’ll master your craft, while warmly greeting and providing a memorable experience for guests and team members.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT:
- Take guests’ orders, offer suggestions and upsells on our delicious menu items
- Operate Point of Sale devices (registers)
- Prepare food and custom beverages, including everything from Latte’s to Frappuccino’s and more
- Fill condiment dispensers, wipe down tables, wash dishes, and keep all areas clean and safe for guests
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters
- Positive attitude to make guests excited about their beverages
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate Point of Sale devices (registers)
- In Food & Beverage you must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach – with or without reasonable accommodation
- 1 years+ experience in food and beverage or theme park industry preferred, but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral format
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be available to work most weekends and holidays, as well as evenings
- Be flexible and adaptable to change, as well as the ability and willingness to assist in other aspects of Food and Beverage operations

- May perform other duties beyond scope of above as necessary to support the park as a whole
