Walters Wedding Estates, a Walters Hospitality brand, is actively seeking Bartender/ Event Server with a passion for providing excellent hospitality and event coordination. This position requires someone who is extremely hospitable in nature, patient and detail-oriented. This team member should always have a smile on their face and looks for ways to improve the clients experience.

This is a great entry-level position for someone looking to gain experience and move up into an Event Coordinator role.

Major Tasks and Key Responsibilities:

• Will need to be able to work shifts as a banquet server, banquet bartender, dishwasher.
• Set-up the event space including tables, chairs, linens, and buffet
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Work as a part of the banquet team
• Always maintain venue cleanliness
• Respond to customer questions and requests
• Cleanup and breakdown of the event space after its completion; accounts for all equipment and supplies; and ensures its return to storage area

Job Overview and Requirements:

• Location:The Milestone New Braunfels
• Job Hours: Part-Time, Weekends and Evenings
  • Must be available and willing to work weekends, holidays, late nights
• Pay: Hourly $12.00 - $15.00 depending on the role and experience
• Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Required Experience: Prior Customer Service & Food and Beverage experience preferred
• Certifications: TABC and Food Handlers license required in Texas
• Physical Requirements: This position is physically demanding, including 10+ hour shifts on your feet standing, walking. Able to lift 30 lbs frequently such as tables and chairs
• Other:
  • Minimum 16 years of age to apply but MUST be 18 years of age to work as a bartender during a shift.
  • Reliable transportation required.
