Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and friendly Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the cash register and storage spaces.
- Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system proficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and making recommendations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple orders at once.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings to answer guest inquiries.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols in the food service industry.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to improve bartending skills.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the food industry and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a restaurant, bar, or nightclub setting.
- Proven bartending skills, including knowledge of brewing and a variety of drinks.
- Strong hospitality skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Experience with cash register systems and retail math.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or similar technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- A commitment to the food industry and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education.
