Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in the food industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Greet customers warmly and take drink orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety regulations
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently
- Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor bar inventory and replenish supplies as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions and operating POS systems
- Knowledge of drink recipes and ability to mix drinks accurately
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and handling payments
- Familiarity with food handling safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
