Grezi is an upscale casual dining spot opening in the heart of Snyder. Taking over for the long term mainstay, "Loughran's", Grezi is a more upscale, but still approachable dining option in the area. We strive to source fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients for all of our ever changing food and cocktail menus.

Bartender Job Description

Job Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- Maintain knowledge of drink recipes and be able to mix and garnish drinks according to established standards
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area
- Assist with catering events as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong math skills for calculating drink prices, handling cash, and making change
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing methods, and cocktail recipes is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends in the food industry

- Emphasis on classic cocktails, food, and wine knowledge
