- Conduct assessments and evaluations of individuals with behavioral and emotional challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide counseling and therapy to individuals, including art therapy and gender issues counseling
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists and psychiatrists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary
- Document all interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with agency policies

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Experience in art therapy and utilizing creative interventions in counseling sessions
- Familiarity with psychopharmacology and ability to collaborate with medical professionals on medication management
- Understanding of gender issues and experience providing counseling in this area
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
