WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Telephone Management Answers telephone and returns voicemails in a timely manner.
• Emergency Detention Order Execution Assists in the execution and completion of Emergency Detention Orders.
• Telehealth Assistance Assists Telehealth staff in the use of technology for conducting face-to-face as needed.
• Administration Completes all required forms including pre-authorization for admission.
• Patient Disposition Implementation Documents and implements patient disposition as ordered.
• Intake Assessment Documentation Obtains and documents an intake assessment in the electronic record; approval by licensed clinician when applicable.
• Patient Needs Reporting Reports patients' clinical needs to the psychiatrist on call.
• Communication Maintains good rapport with internal and external referral sources; facilitates communication with community facilities, agencies, and resources and makes appropriate referrals as needed.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years Social Services Preferred
• Crisis Intervention (CI)
