Behavioral Health Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Foster a team atmosphere that encourages growth, positive communication, and teamwork within the program.
• Develop and manage clinical programs for adults.
• Provide clinical supervision to the team.
• Embrace trauma-informed principles to guide relationships with staff and clients.
• Develop and promote the organization's principles, policies, and procedures.

Behavioral Health Program Manager Qualifications:

• LICSW, LMHC, or other independent license required - must be licensed in RI or have reciprocal license
• Master's Degree in human services or related field required
• 4+ years experience in a similar role
• Strong communication, organizational, and management skills
