Join our team as a Benefits Advisor, where you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their benefit needs. We are seeking a dedicated individual with strong sales and customer service skills to provide valuable guidance on benefit options.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales administration activities to promote benefit plans and services
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and promote benefit offerings
- Negotiate benefit packages tailored to individual client needs
- Communicate effectively with clients, including Spanish-speaking individuals, to explain benefit options
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information
- Assist in benefits administration processes, including enrollment and claims assistance
- Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and concerns
- Utilize retail sales techniques to effectively present benefit solutions
- Collaborate with the team on outside sales initiatives to expand client base
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in benefits or related field
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration processes
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus for effective communication with diverse clients
- Ability to engage in telemarketing activities to generate leads and close sales
- Prior experience in retail sales or outside sales is advantageous
