Piper Health Sciences is seeking a BIM/CAD Drafter to join a consulting engineering firm in Baltimore, MD. The BIM/CAD Drafter will provide administrative support to company personnel and clients.

Responsibilities of the BIM/CAD Drafter include:

• Effectively use CAD programs to design technical drawings
• Draw blueprint drawings, floor plans, and mechanical drawings
• Design technical drawings of different interior spaces, including staircases, walls, doors, and railings
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to create drawings of buildings
• Understand federal, state, and local building codes.

Qualifications for the BIM/CAD Drafter include:

• Previous experience using CAD or BIM programs
• Knowledge of forms and procedures of the engineering and construction industry
• Previous experience with drafting floor plans, blueprints, or mechanical drawings

Compensation for the BIM/CAD Drafter include:

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $85,000 **depending on experience**
