Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children, particularly those with autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing support to clients and their families to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions using applied behavior analysis techniques tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to the child’s development.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions.
• Stay current with research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis and special education.

Requirements

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Experience working with children, particularly those on the autism spectrum, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform treatment decisions.
• Knowledge of special education processes and regulations is a plus.
• Familiarity with medical documentation practices related to behavioral health services.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
