Branch Manager (Roofing and Exteriors Restoration)

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise in roofing and restoration will be crucial in achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success. Set clear sales targets and monitor performance regularly.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to penetrate and expand our customer base.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and industry professionals. Understand their needs and provide solutions that align with our roofing and restoration services.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to forecast sales and set realistic targets. Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our roofing and restoration services.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and best practices in roofing and restoration. Train and educate the sales team on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve individual and team results. Implement sales incentive programs to motivate and reward high-performing sales representatives.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the roofing and restoration industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and restoration processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
