Job Overview:
As a Branch Shift Director at Coffee Shop First Hawaiian, you'll take charge of the branch during your shift. This leadership role ensures that all operations run smoothly, while also mentoring and motivating the team to deliver the best possible service.

Primary Duties:

• Direct and oversee daily operations and team performance
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and ensure a clean, organized store
• Coach and develop staff members to meet service and performance standards
• Address and resolve customer issues in a professional manner

Experience & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
