About the Role:
As the Branch Supervisor for our Coffee Shop Diamond Head location, you will oversee the entire branch's operation, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. You will manage a team of dedicated employees, drive sales initiatives, and maintain high operational standards. Your leadership will help foster a team that thrives on delivering the best coffee experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the branch operations, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Motivate and manage a team of baristas and supervisors
• Oversee store financials, including budgeting and inventory control
• Implement and monitor sales initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of management experience, preferably in food service or retail
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial reporting

Shift Availability: Possible weekends + nights
