We currently offering opportunities for enthusiastic, sociable full-time and part-time Cocoa-tenders. Chocolate Moonshine Co. is a rapidly growing confectionery company.

As a retail sales associate you will serve as a brand ambassador for our company. In this role, you will educate customers on the Chocolate Moonshine Co. brand, establish a rapport, and promote sales through sampling. This role in the retail industry allows you to interact with shoppers and introduce them to the the best Belgium fudge and chocolate products.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Learning about the different handmade products carried at the state fair
• Providing exceptional customer service by creating a one-of-a-kind experience for each customer
• Offering samples to customers
• Engaging with customers to communicate our brand's message
• Meeting and exceeding daily sales and service goals
• Maintaining storefront merchandising
• Storefront cleanliness and sanitation
• Following the company's dress code

Experience:

Previous retail experience is preferred but not required

Previous cash handling is preferred but not required

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Flexible availability, which includes evenings, weekends during the state fair.

Now, about you:

• Available to work 2-3 days a week, including 1 weekend day

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner

• Can lift up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours

• Are comfortable preparing, and cleaning work area and equipment

• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
