We are seeking a dynamic Brand Ambassador who excels in building and nurturing business relationships with referral partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our network of referral partners, driving leads, reducing customer acquisition cost, organizing and planning event booth shows, and driving brand awareness through professional networking. This role requires a proactive approach to achieving sales quotas, leveraging LinkedIn and other platforms for outreach, and completing weekly cold calling requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Referral Partner Relationships:
  • Identify and establish relationships with referral partners such as industry influencers, associations, and complementary service providers.
  • Nurture existing relationships to drive referrals and business opportunities.
  • Track and document all activities, leads, and partnerships in the CRM system.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on leads and prospects.
  • Organize and coordinate logistics for event booth shows, including pre-event planning, setup, staffing, and post-event follow-up.
  • Maximize opportunities for lead generation and brand visibility at events.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Utilize outreach strategies via LinkedIn and other licensed platforms to achieve outreach goals.
  • Complete weekly cold calling requirements to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients and partners.
  • Utilize professional networking and social media platforms to increase brand awareness and promote company services.
  • Implement strategies to enhance our visibility and credibility within target markets.
  • No Closing Required: Focus on generating leads without the requirement to close sales.

Expectations

  • Provide our potential referral partners with a positive experience in a professional manner
  • Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. through 4:00 pm (schedule may fluctuate based on referral partners needs and availability)
  • This is a 40+ hour per week job.
  • Company vehicles (or personal vehicles) shall be clean, inside and out, at all times (a clean vehicle is a good first impression).
  • Brand Ambassador should become proficient in company technology
  • Brand Ambassador will be required to follow up with referral partners multiple times throughout the referral process.
  • Brand Ambassador will be required to be a part of networking groups to drive more leads for the company.
  • Brand Ambassador will answer to the sales manager, or in his/her absence to the General Manager and/or owner.
  • Brand Ambassador will be expected to take sales classes and training to improve the close rate of referral partners

Customer Satisfaction

  • Serve as the referral partners point of contact for any questions or issues that the referral partner may have in regards to the referrals
  • Address referral partner concerns in a timely and complete manner

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Office Suite.
  • Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business development purposes.

Training

  • Brand Ambassador will go through an initial 15 day training program to learn about our technology, processes, what we do and why we do it and to become familiar with our business referral program. Only upon successful completion of this 15 day training will the market specialist move forward.

Benefits:

  • Salary plus commissions
  • It is expected that this position should make $58,000-$73,000 in the first year
  • 2nd year it would be expected that this position would make above $100K, based on performance
  • Base salary the first year is 30k
