US distribution includes specialty department stores such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Saks, independent lingerie boutiques & eCommerce.
Brand Ambassador Overview:
Key Responsibilities
Brand ambassadors are responsible for facilitating the sales growth of our department stores by:
REPRESENTING THE BRAND TO STORE SALES TEAMS & SUPPORTING THEIR SUCCESS
NETWORKING WITH LOCAL RETAIL MANAGEMENT
FITTING CUSTOMERS
· Offer fit expertise & conduct bra fittings
· Connect our customer’s stated needs & lifestyle to our product offerings; “read between the lines” to help her build a lingerie wardrobe that meets the needs of every different moment in her life
MAINTAINING A BEST-IN-CLASS FLOOR PRESENCE
· Evaluate our floor location within each store and partner with store management to gain the optimal space
· Ensure product is well-merchandised to provide a strong visual presentation; strive to always be the premiere brand presentation on the floor (signage, product merchandising, use of mannequins, etc.)
UNDERSTAND & COMMUNICATE LOCAL NEEDS
Requirements
Skills
· Strong presentation skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Dedication to high customer service levels – ability to connect with customers, offer product knowledge, connect their needs to the offerings of our brand & propose new styles – wardrobe her for all of the different moments of her life
· Ability to network & collaborate with retailer management at the department, store and regional levels to grow our business together
· Ability to learn what engages sales teams at each door & propose tailored initiatives to the Key Account Manager
· Basic Microsoft Office skills – Excel, PowerPoint
· Driver’s license and vehicle needed for travel
Experience
· 3+ years of retail experience
· Premium or luxury retail experience a plus
· Intimate apparel & bra fitting experience a plus
Availability
· 20 hours weekly, weighted in key selling days: (emphasis on Wednesday – weekend)
· Minimum 1 Saturday per month or other weekend availability as needed
· Peak selling periods during key holidays
· Periodic travel as needed
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 22 per week
