We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive breakfast experience for our guests by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area. This person must be a MORNING person as mornings will start at 5 a.m. and typical ending time will be between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. PERSONALITY is HUGE. Customer SERIVCE is HUGE. The bubblier you are the better.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and make our guests feel welcomed

-Set up and replenish breakfast items such as food, drink, and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including wiping tables and counters
- Greet guests in a friendly manner and assist with any needs or questions
- Monitor food levels and communicate inventory needs to management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during food preparation and service

- Cooking occassionally when needed. (You will be trained)

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen etiquette
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Experience in a hotel or culinary setting is a plus
