Safely operate a school bus to transport students to and from school.
- Follow assigned routes and adhere to predetermined schedules
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during transportation
- Maintain a clean and orderly bus interior
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Enforce bus safety rules and regulations
- Handle disciplinary issues and maintain proper behavior management on the bus

-Follow classroom safety policies and procedures.

-Maintain attendance and accurate records of children in your care.

-Assist lead teachers in activities and classroom management.

-Complete training and development as required.

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Previous experience working with students, such as in a daycare or school setting, is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development and special education is a plus
- Ability to manage student behavior effectively
- Ability to educate and tutor students during transportation, if needed
- First aid certification is desirable, or willingness to acquire.
- Strong classroom management skills are beneficial
- Must have a genuine interest in childcare and ensuring the well-being of students
