We are seeking a Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience

Mode of work: Onsite role in Baton Rouge, LA.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of business analysis services, including the following:

- Defining and documenting business functions and processes.

- Analyzing the integration of business functions with technology.

- Maintaining knowledge in accounting, procurement, finance, or contract management.

- Assisting with business case development and business process reengineering.

- Consulting with management and staff to identify, define, and document business needs, objectives, and operational procedures.

- Recommending new processes to improve operational efficiencies.

- Conducting cost-benefit analyses.

- Assisting with or developing project work plans and timelines.

- Assisting with ITBs, RFIs, RFRs, RFPs, and contracts.
