POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Analytics Advisor will provide reporting and analytics support to various teams across PBM Ops and Client Service (CSO) organizations. It will partner with the leadership team to design advanced solutions that will drive differentiated service, operational efficiency, and a positive client experience. The ideal candidate will work to create solutions through data acquisition across a wide portfolio of systems, data preparation, and data visualization, providing information that is both relevant and actionable. It will also support existing reports and tools, answering ad-hoc inquiries as needed. The ideal candidate should be able to identify data trends, develop solutions, and present and implement recommendations to the senior leadership.
This position is in-office aligned, which will require to perform onsite 2-3 days per week at a designated Cigna facility.
