Business Operations Analyst

Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support our operations team. This role will be responsible for a wide range of business operations tasks, including cash flow management, forecasting, and invoicing. It will also lend assistance in various projects and initiatives to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the business team to facilitate and automate cash flow management and projection.
• Work with the team on monthly invoicing, expense management, etc.
• Assist in managing and tracking multiple projects, including setting project goals, creating project plans and schedules, monitoring progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain project management tools, databases, and other resources to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Provide support for events, including planning, scheduling and coordination
• Other operations duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a business operations role, with project management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and QuickBooks online
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, with some flexibility to work additional hours when necessary
