Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business to Business Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and negotiation skills with businesses around the area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the business sales industry and engage with clients to promote our products and services while building relationships in the local community. This is a 1099 role, and is 100% commission, work when you want and build the income you desire. OTE for this role year one are between 65 to 100k and there is opportunity for residual income.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct warm calling to potential clients to introduce products and services
  • Utilize software tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze data
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage territory effectively and business relationships with new and existing clients
  • Ability to work on performance based pay
  • Ability to travel through local territory across Raleigh, NC area.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; being bilingual is a huge plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
