Job Overview:

We are seeking a personable, organized, and efficient Business Support Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing phone and email inquiries, assisting with various franchising duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and email requests promptly and courteously.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and franchisees, addressing their needs and concerns efficiently.
  • Assist with various franchising duties, including documentation, reporting, and coordination.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Support the franchising team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Ensure timely and efficient communication between the franchising team and franchisees.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.

Qualifications:
