Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient food service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and work stations
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless coordination
Skills:
- Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Knowledge of catering procedures and practices is a plus
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
