Job title: Provider Customer Service Representative

Location: Plano, TX 75093

Duration: 12 months (possible extension)

Pay rate: $17.50 per hour

Job Description:

Onsite – in Plano, TX office

Candidates will need to be available between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST Monday through Friday. At this time, it is expected the workday will be 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST M-F but is subject to change.

  • attendance: During training (first 30 days) more than 2 unscheduled absences can lead to termination of the assignment. After training we would follow the 40 hours or 10 points for unscheduled absences
  • The agents will be making outbound calls to dental offices to verify directory information including active providers. They will be required to clearly document all information and take action to update information.
  • Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Provider Data. Maintains current provider data for the largest, most complex account structures. Maintains provider data to ensure the quality of the network. Coordinates provider enrollment, inactivation and reporting. Responsible for making and documenting provider calls. Updates directories for all Dental contracted organizations. Issues tend to be routine in nature. Good knowledge and understanding of Provider Data and business/operating processes and procedures. Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision.
