Publix at Markets West at Franklin, 509 N State of Franklin Rd Ste 20, Johnson City, TN 37604 is looking for experienced Cake Decorators who are passionately focused on providing premier service and creating beautiful cakes and other sweet goods!

We are looking for individuals who would like to grow their career with Publix and potentially earn $80-$90k as a Bakery Manager within five years or less.

What you’ll do:

• Ice, decorate, package, label, and price products for refrigerated cases, freezers and other showcases around the store, and rotate to ensure product freshness
• Assist customers and deliver premier customer service
• Dynamically sell product, making suggestions and responding to customer's needs and questions
• Fill customer special orders including wedding cakes
• Operate the bakery department mixer
• Follow decorator's guidelines
• Assist in other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• At least one year of industry experience as a professional cake decorator
• Ability to deliver friendly, courteous, prompt customer service
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently and accurately
• At least 18 years of age
