We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be pre-screening Homeowners for qualified programs and do a live transfer over to the client.

WHAT DO WE DO?

We provide a pre-screening service for various benefit programs for types of home mortgage Programs.

We will provide the equipment -- we will provide the training -- we will provide the ongoing Team Lead Support staff.

*** JOB DESCRIPTION ***

· Make Outbound calls via System

· Obtain information using a dynamic script

· Make LIVE Transfers for qualified individuals

· Ability to quickly build rapport with people and understand their needs is essential.
