Job Title: Customer Service / Call Center Representative

Pay: up to $22/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Summary:

Midwest Staffing is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing outstanding service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or issues
• Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
• Process new distributor contracts
• Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly reports and records

Required Skills:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to effectively upsell products and services
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs
• Proficiency in English
• Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred
• Background in direct sales is a plus
