Job Description:

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in Call Center
• Experience on In-bound and Out-bound calls (handle back-to-back 40 to 70 calls)
• Multi-tasking
• Fully Bilingual
• Full availability including weekends
• Basic – intermediate computer skills (emails, Microsoft apps, web navigation etc.)
• Data entry experience (recommended)
• Overtime will be required based on business needs
• Pass training and 5 assessments with score above 90%
• Full time / adherence to schedule provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
