Job Title:  Call Center Representative (Tech Support)

Location: Alpharetta, GA 30504 (Permanent Work from Home)

Fix Start Date: December 2nd, 2024

Pay Rate: $17/Hr on W2 basis
Shift Schedule: All shift available (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
Job Description:
Position Summary:

As a front-line customer service representative, you will provide phone support to internal and external customers. You will be working with Retail Solutions, an inventory company that provides scanners and access points to retail clients for self-scan inventory. Your role will involve guiding clients through setting up equipment, accessing the reporting dashboard, and resolving any related questions or issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers throughout the inventory process
  • Guide clients through equipment setup and inventory execution
  • Coordinate internal operations to ensure timely processing of orders/requests
  • Document client interactions and resolutions in the department database
  • Provide information about company products and services under close supervision
  • Direct callers to appropriate resources
  • Escalate complex inquiries to senior representatives

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; College background preferred
  • Light IT background preferred
  • Prior customer service experience (Tech Support required, not standard customer service or medical)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate with exposure to Windows environments
  • Previous remote work experience preferred
  • Spanish-speaking candidates needed
  • Flexible availability, especially for weekend shifts

Project Hours:

  • December 2nd - December 26th: 20 hours per week
  • December 26th - January 12th: 20-40 hours per week, depending on activity
  • Important Dates:
    • Must Work: January 6th & 7th (shifts starting at 4 AM EST)
    • Holidays Worked: New Year's Eve & New Year's Day
    • Note: January 13th will begin offboarding talent no longer needed. Some may continue through February, but there are no guarantees.

Equipment Requirements:

  • Must have own PC/Laptop (must support Windows 10 and the ability to download software)
  • Must have 2 monitors
