Job Title: Call Center Representative (Tech Support) 

Location: Pennsylvania (Work From Home)

Start Date: December 2nd, 2024

Pay Range is $17 - $17.50 an hour on W2

Pay Rate:

$17.00/hr for 1st Shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

$17.50/hr for 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

$17.50/hr for 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Flexibility is required. We are especially looking for candidates who are available for weekend shifts. On January 6th and 7th, shifts will start at 4:00 AM.

Equipment Requirements:

  • Must have own PC/Laptop that supports Windows 10.
  • Must have 2 monitors and the ability to download the required software.

Project Hours:

  • December: 20 hours per week up until December 26th
  • December 26th – January 12th: 20-40 hours per week depending on activity

Training Schedule:

  • December 2nd – December 6th
  • Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Important Dates:

  • Must Work: January 6th & 7th (shifts starting at 4:00 AM EST)
  • Holidays Worked: New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers through the inventory process using Retail Solutions’ equipment.
  • Guide clients in setting up inventory scanners and accessing the reporting dashboard.
  • Coordinate internal operations to ensure timely processing of requests.
  • Document client interactions in the department database.
  • Provide product and service information.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to senior representatives when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; College background preferred.
  • Light IT background preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience in Tech Support (experience in other customer service roles, like medical, will not be considered).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate with experience using Windows environments.
  • Prior remote work experience preferred.
  • Spanish-speaking candidates are needed.
  • Must have flexible availability, particularly for weekend shifts.
