Position: Customer Care Agent

Location: Knoxville, TN 37932

Work from Office

Must Have :

1+ years of call center experience

Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred (flights, cars, hotels, cruises, vacation packages)

Attendance and Performance.

After being in production for 60 days you have the potential to work hybrid (office and Home), depends on attendance and performance before you can become eligible.

Essential Functions

Answers routine service calls and logs them as appropriate on the computer system

Explains all benefits, services and claims/reimbursement procedures

Understands the various computer screens and how to utilize them effectively

Interfaces with customers, clients and vendors, and escalates areas of concern to the appropriated supervisory staff

Attends assigned training sessions for further improvement in client and customer satisfaction, client information and job performance.

Adheres to all company and specific Contact Center policies and procedures.

Completes any work as assigned by Management Competencies

Profile Requirements

Education: High School diploma/ Graduate,

Communication: Must be fluent in oral & written communication

Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
